Big Book of Training Activities
₹999.00
200 original training activities across 2,576 pages. Each one comes with six ready-to-print pages: a facilitator guide, a one-page activity map, a participant worksheet, a debrief sheet, a delivery checklist, and a page on how to sell the session to a client. Costed, safety-checked, and built for the room rather than the shelf.
Product Description
Most activity books stop where the work starts
Facilitators rarely run out of games. They run out of road twelve minutes after the game ends
— when the group is warm, slightly exposed and genuinely ready to look at itself, and the
only thing left in the book is “so what did we learn?”
Every activity in this library was designed backwards from that conversation. The mechanics came
second. That single decision is why each entry runs to six pages instead of one.
What you get for every one of the 200 activities
- Facilitator guide — purpose, group size, duration, difficulty, venue,
learning objectives, a materials table with costs and a low-cost alternative for every item,
preparation steps, a word-for-word setup script, the rules you must hold, scoring, and what to
watch for while the group works. - Run sheet diagram — a six-stage timing strip showing how the minutes
divide between set up, brief, run, debrief, bridge and commit, calculated from that activity’s
own duration. - Activity map — a full-page visual summary you can print to A3 and put on
the wall of your prep room. - Participant worksheet — print-ready, with name and date fields, note
space, that activity’s own reflection questions and a written commitment block. - Facilitator debrief sheet — an observation log to complete while the
group works, and the five debrief questions mapped to the five debrief stages, with space for
what people actually said. - Delivery checklist — fit check, materials to pack, preparation, the
rules you must not let slide, and a post-session review. - How to pitch it to a client — the problem it sells against, a
one-sentence pitch, what the client actually gets, logistics to quote against, and scripted
responses to the three objections you will get.
The method, not just the exercises
The front matter of every volume carries the system the activities run on:
- The Debrief Architecture — a five-stage spine (Discharge, Data, Pattern,
Bridge, Commitment) that lets you debrief an activity you have never seen before, including one
that goes wrong. - The Selection System — seven questions answered in order before you open
the library, so you stop choosing activities you enjoy and start choosing ones that fit. - The Readiness Ladder — three levels of group safety, and which activities
belong at each. Running a Level 3 exercise on a Level 1 group is the single most common way a
session fails. - Programme blueprints — six ready-to-run session designs from thirty
minutes to a full day, including a fully virtual ninety-minute design. - Facilitator toolkit — session plan, observation sheet, debrief prompt
card and post-session review templates, reproducible within your own delivery.
Built for the room, not the shelf
- Every activity is costed at local retail, with quantities and a named low-cost
alternative for every material. A large share need nothing but chairs, paper and your voice. - Every activity has a virtual adaptation — a redesign for breakout rooms
and shared documents, not a compromise. Where an exercise genuinely does not survive the move
online, the entry says so and names an alternative. - Every activity has a safety and inclusion line naming who it could exclude or
harm, and what to do about it. - A sheet locator gives the page number of all six sheets for all 200 activities.
Print one worksheet eighteen times without printing the book. - All diagrams are vector, so they print at your printer’s native resolution and
stay sharp enlarged to A3 or a poster.

Originated, not compiled
Most activity books are compilations. Someone gathers exercises that already circulate, tidies
the instructions and prints them. That produces volume without originality, and it is why so many
facilitation books read like each other.
This library was written rather than assembled. Where an activity belongs to a long-established
exercise family, that lineage is named openly in the Sources and Attribution appendix rather than
quietly absorbed. No activity was adapted from a commercial training-materials publisher, a licensed
activity library, or any third-party facilitator resource. That constraint made the work slower, and
it is the reason the library can be used, licensed and defended commercially.
Licence, in plain terms
You may run every activity in your own paid and internal training delivery, print
and photocopy the worksheets and templates for your own participants, and adapt the activities for
your own rooms.
You may not resell, republish, sub-licence, upload to a shared repository, or
build this material into another commercial training product. Corporate site licences covering
multiple facilitators are available on request.
