Dr Pooja.S.Kushwaha is an academician and researcher with more than 12 years of experience in the field of Information Systems. At present, she is working as an Associate Professor (IT & Analytics ) and Program Chair at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indore. She has conducted various MDP sessions for corporate few are Middle level Managers of Clinton Foundation, Women Empowerment for ONGC Women employees and Airport Authority of India.

She has number of magazine article, web articles, research papers published and presented in various national and international journals and conferences in her credit. She is expertise in Social Media,Customer Relationship Management, Human Resource Information System, Web Analytics, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Cognitive Analytics She has conducted a number of seminars all around the country on Cyber Security and Cloud Computing and also trained numbers of engineers’ students in the Cloud Computing and Cyber security for carrier opportunity.
